Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has kicked off his rehabilitation after undergoing surgery to correct a serious knee injury.
After his surgery, Courtois share an update after the surgery which was done in Spain.
“Since 1 week started my rehabilitation. Everything is going very well on the moment! Thanks for you support! #CFC #workhard #comebackstronger,” the goalkeeper wrote alongside a photo of his damaged knee packed in ice alongside another of himself giving a double thumbs up.
The goalkeeper is now on course for return in Chelsea’s home league game on Saturday, November 21,”
He will miss a minimum of 13 games, including four Champions League matches.
Chelsea’s form has not improved since his injured.
Jose Mourinho’s men last weekend could only manage a draw away at Newcastle and remain at 15th on the English Premier League table.
