The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has fined Nigeria $5, 000 for fans misconduct during the 2017 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Chad in Kaduna.

The Super Eagles came up tops on that with goals from Odion Ighalo and Gbolahan Salami handing Nigeria a 2-0 win over Chad.

The same Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna will host the AFCON qualifying match between the Super Eagles and the Pharaohs of Egypt, scheduled for Wednesday, March 23, 2016.

Egypt lead the table in Group G of the AFCON qualifiers with six points while Nigeria is second with four points.
