The Super Four tournament features all four clubs that would represent Nigeria in CAF club competition in the coming season.

These are clubs are 2016 NPFL champions Enugu Rangers who are hosting,  Rivers United FC, Wikki Tourists and Federation Cup champions, FC IfeanyiUbah.

These are four players from each team to watch out for in the tournament.

1. Chisom Egbuchulam of Enugu Rangers

Chisom Egbuchulam netted 16 goals last season as Enugu Rangers won their first NPFL title in 32 years. The forward will be looking to make another big impression as Rangers hosts the Super Four competition. He also had nine assists last season.

2. Bernard Ovoke of Rivers United

Ovoke also impressed in the NPFL last season as Rivers United finished in the second position to qualify for the CAF Champions League. The forward netted nine times in the league last season.  Many have predicted that he will become even a bigger player next season. The Super Four competition is a great opportunity for him to start showing his potential.

3. Emeka Nwabulu of Wikki Tourists

Wikki Tourist goalkeeper Emeka Nwabulu is another player to watch out for in the Super tournament. The shot-stopper was impressive for Tourist last season as they finished third on the NPFL table.

4. Seka Pascal of FC Ifeanyi Ubah

Pascal is one of the best players of 2016 Federation Cup winners, FC Ifeanyi Ubah. The Ivorian’s darting run will trouble his opponents at the Super Four tournament. He possesses quick feet and has a strong physique which makes him a handful for defenders.
