Super Eagles coach begs Nigerians for support
Ahead of Nigeria’s double header against Egypt in the
Super Eagles preparation for the crucial encounters has been overshadowed by a dramas surrounding Oliseh’s Youtube rantand the sacking of his personal assistant, Tijani Babangida.
Oliseh has however called on Nigerians to ignore reports and support the Super Eagles as they take on Egypt.
“Let’s forget what has happened in the past. We’re Nigerians and must unite to ensure that our flag flutter both in the World Cup and the Africa Cup of Nations,” Oliseh told .
“There is hope because the crowd that I saw in the Kano Pillars game with Rangers can overwhelm the Egyptians if they turn up in Kaduna.
“They ‘ll be playing the role of the 12th man on the pitch.”
We reported earlier that Oliseh was searching for footages of The Pharaohs of Egypt but Oliseh has confirmed that he has obtained and watched them.
“I have watched their tape and they are result-oriented,” Oliseh said.
“Their power lies in the midfield and defence and upfront, they have one Mohammed Saleh. He has speed and if unchecked, can be a spoiler.”
