Oliseh in the early hours of Friday, February 26 announced his resignation from the Super Eagles job citing contract violations, lack of Support and unpaid wages.

As Super Eagles coach, Oliseh oversaw 14 games with seven wins, five draws and two loses.

After his resignation reports emerged that Oliseh on Thursday received the sum of N20m from the Nigeria Football Federation.

The sum was for three months salaries (December, 2015, January and February) and N5M for accommodation allowance for six months.

Speaking to Pulse Sports from his base in Europe, Oliseh denied receiving any payment.

"I spoke with Zenith Bank this morning, I have not received any money. Maybe it will come later, but as I am talking to you, I have not received anything," Oliseh said.

An official in the NFF who also spoke to Pulse Sports insisted that NFF have paid the money to Oliseh and revealed that the erstwhile coach violated a contractual agreement.

"Oliseh is wrong to resign like that. In his contract, it is stipulated there that he must give the NFF a month notice, which he did not do," an NFF source tells Pulse Sport.
