Gloria Young Blasts Actresses Who Embrace Nudity

Those who know veteran will remember that she was one of the first generation of actresses who shone like million stars when the Nigerian movie industry was just in its infancy.

She was one of the actresses that made movies like Glamour one of the best movies ever made in Nigeria.

Since she got married to actor NobertYoung, much has not been made of her but she is still an authority in the industry and recently, she lent her voice to the trend where some Nigerian actresses think going about in the nude or acting naked increases their worth and marketability.

She has come out to blast such actresses, telling them that acting in the nude does not make them accepted in anyway.

It (embracing nudity) is not allowed and it’s unacceptable.

I don’t want to be part of it. I don’t even want to have anything to do with those people. I wasn’t trained that way.

We should just stop that rubbish. In Glamour Girls, we never exposed our bodies.
