The reigning MVP hurt his ankle and missed most of the second half as the Warriors thrashed the Rockets 104-78 at Oracle Arena.

Curry had 24 points and seven rebounds in just under 20 minutes, but he may miss game two on Monday.

"As far as Monday, I'd say Steph is questionable," coach Steve Kerr said.

"We will see how he responds the next couple of days and go from there."

However, Curry remains hopeful he will be available and said he knew how much pain he was capable of playing through.

"Right now, I don't see a scenario where I'll be out," he said.
