Nikola Kusturica, widely considered a top prospect for the 2028 NBA Draft lottery, recently shared a photo on social media posing alongside Greek superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo. The young Serbian talent had the opportunity to train with the renowned player over the past few days.
"Thanks for the experience. A great player, but an even greater person," Kusturica captioned his post.
Both basketball players have had an exceptionally busy summer. After 13 seasons with the Milwaukee Bucks, Giannis made a high-profile move to the Miami Heat, in one of the biggest NBA deals in recent years.
Kusturica, meanwhile, participated in the FIBA U17 World Cup. There, he and his Serbian national teammates reached the final, ultimately falling to the USA squad. Nikola, who has since left Barcelona to continue his development with the UCLA collegiate team, was named to the tournament's All-Star Five.
