A United Kingdom survey has revealed people's plan for driverless (autonomous) cars.

Take a nap, chat with passengers, browse the Internet, watch TV, and have sex were their answers.

26% said they would sleep comfortably in a driverless car.

On what kind of road they would prefer for these activities, the answer was also a surprise.

Most chose roads with the highest speed, while almost half (49%) went for streets with traffic jams.

The results of this survey show that more drivers are getting used to the idea of fully autonomous vehicles.

Whatcar.com editorial director, Jim Holder, says this is a good thing because most auto manufacturers intend to release fully autonomous cars soon.

"The increasing availability of technologies like blind spot monitoring, automated emergency braking and radar-governed cruise control is slowly turning people around to the idea of self-driving cars but, even so, only just more than one in 10 believes we will see entirely autonomous vehicles on the road by 2020," Holder said.
