Toriola was on Sunday, August 7 beaten in the second round of the men’s Singles Table Tennis event of Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
According to reports, several countries have also approached the tennis veteran for a coaching appointment.
Toriola'sparticipation in Rio 2016 makes it his seventh Olympics, making him the African athlete with the most appearance in the Games.
For this feat, the ITTF will be honouring the Nigerian at a ceremony during the Olympics in Rio.
Toriola has never won an Olympic medal and had his biggest achievement by reaching Men's Singles 1/16 final at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.
In that Games, he beat former world number one Jean-Michel Saive as well as David Zhuang.
His 1/32 match-up with Jean-Michel Saive-which he narrowly lost 4-3-was one of the highlights of the Men's Singles Tournament.
