Rookie Jack Eichel delivered a match-winner for the Buffalo Sabres in a 3-2 victory over the Minnesota Wild in the NHL pre-season.
On debut, the second pick in the 2015 draft, struck decisively with five minutes 44 seconds remaining at Xcel Energy Center.
Eichel assisted Matt Moulson's third-period goal for the Sabres, who had trailed twice to the Wild.
