The president urged people to stop seeing road safety as the Federal Government's responsibility, but rather as a collective effort.

Buhari also commended the Federal Road Safety Commission's efforts towards ensuring the safety and security of Nigerians.

He promised to support the FRSC on it's campaigns.

“I assure the Management of the FRSC that this administration will continue to render necessary support for the success of its campaigns for safety on the nation’s roads for the enhancement of the economic activities and tourist potentials of the people.”
