Driver deliberately runs down a cyclist

A cyclist in Cippenham, Berkshire, did not take it lightly when a car driver, Adeel Ahmed, deliberately ran him down, causing him to fall off his bicycle.

This was captured in a video that saw the cyclist pick himself up, and charged towards Ahmed, who was driving a Volkswagon Golf.

He picked himself up and charged at the driver, smashing the car's back window.

At the beginning of the drama, the cyclist was seen trying to avoid colliding with the Volkswagon Golf, but it was unavoidable.

Thames Valley Police have revealed that Ahmed has been arrested and was charged with attempting to cause grievous bodily harm with intent.
