Ricky, 44, says he was “really nervous,” as the question has not really been easy to pop as he thought it would be.

Ricky is a singer, actor and author of Puerto Rican-Spanish origin, while his boyfriend, Jwan Yosef is a Syrian-Kurdish Swedish painter and artist of plastic arts based in London, England.

Speaking of the engagement, Ricky says “Instead of saying, ‘would you marry me?’ I said ‘I got you something”.

After it turned out that what Ricky ‘got’ Jwan was a proposal ring, it took 30 long minutes for Yosef to say “yes.”

Well, what matters is that he said yes and the couple are now engaged to be married, right.
