'Pretty Woman' actor lists Hamptons estate for $36.5 million

According to Dailymail, the actor had to remove $11 million from the asking price, because this is the fourth time he has tried to sell it off, in three years.

Specifications of the 19,000-square-foot house include 300 feet of bay frontage, a 240-foot-long private deep water dock, sandy beach, 12 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a 60-foot waterfront swimming pool, basketball court, mature gardens, fireplace pavilion, a tea house and two guest houses for visitors.
