With his future still up in the air, Renato Sanches returned to PSG training in Poissy this Friday. He joined a group of players hoping to secure a spot in the European champions' squad next season, though this scenario appears unlikely for the Portuguese midfielder.
At 28, the Portuguese international is still awaiting a new club after three consecutive loan spells (Roma, Benfica, and Panathinaikos). Sanches, who is contracted to the French club until 2027 and made 21 appearances for the Greek side in 2025/26, trained with the Parisian reserves, primarily composed of academy prospects.
Randal Kolo Muani, who was on loan at Tottenham last season, also rejoined training this week, while his return to Juventus is yet to be finalized. The 27-year-old forward remains under contract with the Parisian club until 2028.
The striker's return to PSG's youth ranks comes as his French national teammates prepare to face England in the World Cup, four years after the former Nantes player came close to becoming the hero of the 2022 World Cup final in Qatar.
