Nigeria champions, Kano Pillars will be $150,000 richer after midfielder agreed a year’s deal with top Kuwaiti club, Sports Club. The deal is worth $480,000 with the player pocketing $330,000.The players’ agent told AfricanFootball.com he is delighted the deal has been sealed.

“I am happy now that the deal has materialised. I know Shehu and the club won’t regret this union. Pillars got $150,000 from the deal while Shehu will pocket $330,000,” Famakinwa said.
