Paris Saint-Germain secured a 3-1 home victory over Le Mans in round six of Ligue 1. The reigning champions picked up all three points thanks to goals from Lucas Beraldo (19'), Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (61'), and Maghnes Akliouche (68'), while Louis Mafouta (55') scored for the visitors. Despite showing signs of vulnerability, the Parisians claimed a second consecutive win to keep building momentum.

The hosts broke the deadlock in the 19th minute when Lucas Beraldo coolly dispatched a penalty, awarded following a VAR review for a handball by Harold Voyer.

Le Mans reacted well but missed two excellent opportunities through Louis Mafouta and Habib Diallo. Just before the interval, goalkeeper Nicolas Kocik denied PSG a second by keeping out a dangerous header from Maghnes Akliouche.

The visitors drew level ten minutes into the second half as Louis Mafouta finished clinically from close range after a pinpoint cross from the left flank. The referee initially hesitated to award the goal, but confirmed it following a VAR check.

PSG restored their advantage in the 61st minute. Fabian Ruiz's fierce long-range strike was parried by the goalkeeper, and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia reacted quickest to tap in the rebound from close range.

The points were sealed in the 68th minute when Maghnes Akliouche drove into the box and drilled a precise finish into the near corner to make it 3-1.

With this win, Paris Saint-Germain take their tally to 11 points, moving up to fifth in the Ligue 1 standings. Le Mans remain on six points in 12th place.
