French champions Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly exploring a move for Atalanta's Belgian international forward, Charles De Ketelaere, according to Italian newspaper "Corriere della Sera."
The 25-year-old forward impressed significantly at the World Cup and is a top target for PSG's sporting director, Luis Campos. Atalanta has reportedly set a €50 million price tag on the Belgian, whose versatility across various attacking positions is highly valued by PSG coach Luis Enrique.
PSG is keen to bolster their attack after selling Portuguese international Gonçalo Ramos to AC Milan for over €70 million. The French champions' initial primary target was Monaco's French international, Maghnes Akliouche, with personal terms reportedly agreed upon. However, Monaco's substantial financial demands for the transfer could complicate the deal.
Bayern Munich and several Premier League clubs are also reportedly interested in De Ketelaere.
