The EP blends Afrobeats, Afro-R&B and contemporary soul, and moves through
love, desire, confidence, vulnerability and self-discovery. Its title refers
to the short window of warm light at the end of a day, and the record takes
that as its subject: the moments that define a life arrive in their own time,
and they do not last.

MAGIC HOUR is produced by Mr Marz and Indigo Beats, with guitar from Fiokee.
The result is a body of work the artist has described as soulful and
cinematic, built on her fusion of African rhythm and R&B.

The project brings together four singles already in circulation, Fire,
Bodykilla, Darling and Shooby Doo, and adds three new tracks, Fese La, Down
For You and Desire.

MAGIC HOUR follows a run of work that has taken her music past her own
audience. Bust My Mind was licensed to Amazon Prime Video's Harlem and Bank
Stops to HBO Max's Young Love. Her debut album Fantasy Fair arrived in October
2021 and charted at number 27 across all genres on iTunes UK.
