Twenty-one-year-old Emersonn has penned a five-year contract. He joins the Premier League club after a season in France's Ligue 1, where he netted six goals in 28 appearances for Toulouse. The former Göztepe player is the first signing for new 'Tractor Boys' manager Gary O'Neil.

Ipswich returned to England's top flight in 2024 after 22 years, only to be relegated back to the Championship after a single season. Last season, they secured second place, earning promotion back to the Premier League. However, the start of their upcoming campaign will be challenging. They host Sunderland in the opening round, followed by clashes against Manchester United and Liverpool, as reported by AP.
