Pedri Dreams of Ballon d'Or, But Prefers Team Success

Spanish international and Barcelona midfielder Pedri has revealed that winning the Ballon d'Or is a dream of his, though he prioritizes collective trophies. The 23-year-old, who featured in four matches for Spain at the last World Cup, discussed his ambitions with the publication "AS."

"Anyone dedicated to football dreams of lifting the Ballon d'Or. It's an individual award, but I prefer team trophies. Still, if you ask any international player, everyone would want to win the Ballon d'Or, even though we already have one," Pedri stated.

At club level, the midfielder is a key figure for Barcelona, with whom he became Spanish champion in the 2025/26 season.
