Lampard To Continue In The EPL With Man City On Loan

After having signed for MLS side New York City which is co-owned by Manchester City and American Baseball club, New York Yankees, the Chelsea veteran lok set for another season in the premiership, since the new yoork club can only begin play until March 2015.

36 year-old Lampard could join them early next week at the Carrington training ground, however, the club is yet to confirm his arrival.

Manchester City plan to register the player for the Premiership and Champions League season, though the loan deal is expected to last till mid January next year.

Frank Lampard left Chelsea after 13 seasons with the club in which he won , with a record of 211 goals which makes him the club's leading scorer.

Another New York City player, SpaniardDavid Villa has also left on loan to Manchester City's Australian partner club Melbourne FC.
