Striker's move to China delayed by visa issues

Martins is leaving MLS side Seattle Sounders after 84 appearances and 43 goals.

The striker according to reports is set to join Chinese Super League club, Shanghai Shenhua but the club is yet to announce the deal.

According to African Football, sources close to Martins revealed that the 31-year-old Martins is waiting for his visa to fly out to China.

Shanghai Shenhua is based in Kangqiao, Shanghai and are currently sixth in the Chinese Super League standings.
