The Nigerian forward stated that the Red Star team needed to perform better, but also viewed this as a solid foundation for the upcoming season.

"We simply had to be better. It was a tough night for our team, myself included. But this is something to learn from. This is the first time this team has been together; there are a lot of new faces. I think, you know, as a man, I can take a large part of the blame for tonight. But I know this is something I'll learn from, and I'll just come back much stronger next year. So, this is a learning moment, but we'll see how things unfold. And I think this will be a step forward for this team in the future. I believe we're just laying the groundwork for what this team can become." - Jordan Nwora

Nwora highlighted issues with team chemistry, emphasizing the need to turn a new page.

"Clyburn hit six threes at the start of the game. And then it's just tough to play when you're chasing the score from that moment on. It seemed like many of us weren't on the same page as a team today, both offensively and defensively. But as I said, there are things we'll learn from. And as you mentioned, the EuroLeague is over, but our season isn't; we still have two competitions to fight for. We still have goals we can achieve. So, at the end of the day, as I said, we all wanted this win back, but you have to learn from it. It's over now, and, as I said, we just need to come back stronger, and I know it will definitely be better next year." - Jordan Nwora

He also revealed what Obradović told the team at halftime.

"Just that we needed to rebound, play together, be on the same page. And as I said, we still didn't do that. We came out in the second half, we ran plays, all five of us... each of us was running a different play than what was called. And it was simply, as I said, a tough night." - Jordan Nwora

Finally, he had a message for the fans.

"My message to them is obviously, as I said, I'm sorry for this loss. And I know we didn't do our job and make you proud at the end of the day. As I said, we'll learn from it, we'll be better next year. And we still have the ABA League and the Serbian League." - Jordan Nwora
