The Denver Nuggets and Indiana Pacers are set to clash in Mexico City on November 7th for a 2026/2027 NBA regular season game, the league announced. This matchup will mark the 35th NBA game held in Mexico and the 16th regular season contest since 1992. Beyond the United States and Canada, Mexico has hosted more NBA games than any other country.

"Hosting the 35th game in our country reflects the depth of the NBA's connection with Mexico and the role this event plays in bringing the game closer to local fans, those in Latin America, and indeed, across the globe," stated Raul Zarraga, NBA Latin America Vice President, as quoted by ESPN.

The Denver Nuggets have previously played in Mexico, though their 2006 encounter against the Golden State Warriors was a preseason fixture. This will be Indiana's inaugural game in the country, making them the 23rd NBA franchise to compete there.

The game is scheduled to take place during the week of the Day of the Dead, a significant national holiday in Mexico.

For the upcoming 2026/2027 season, NBA games are also slated to be held in Paris, France, and Manchester, United Kingdom.
