Giwa has always claimed that the September, 2014 election which put Pinnick in office was faulty but his case has been ruled out by FIFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sports.

It was also claimed that a high court sitting in Jos, Plateau State Nigeria on Friday, April 8 had nullified the elections that brought Pinnick as president and other board members of the NFF.

The NFF have now revealed that the court has denied making the judgment. They shared a video of the Registrar of Federal High Court, Jos, Nasiru Gusau who denied any order removing Pinnick from office.

In the video, Gusau was seen holding a paper while confirming that he could not find any evidence of the ruling that sacked Pinnick.

“In all the orders made by this court, there is no place you see Amaju Pinnick was removed as NFF President,” the Registrar says.

Since the Friday, April 8 alleged ruling, Giwa has imposed himself as the president of the NFF.
