Fans of the late Muhammad Ali are about to get an opportunity of life.
According to real estate broker,
The late boxing legend reportedly chose the property because it was just 20 minutes away from his training camp.
Ali lived in this estate from 1971 through 1974.
Since then, some changes have been made, including the addition of an atrium garden in the center of home, a spa room, hot tub, in-ground pool, tennis, volleyball courts, and heated tile floor in the kitchen.
Despite these changes, the realtor maintains that the estate is still regarded as Ali's home.
“It is not the showplace it was when owned it. For the people in Cherry Hill, it will always be s home,” Simone says.
The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home, which was last listed at $728,685, is set to hit the market soon.
