The forward is also $20, 000 richer courtesy of the cash prize promised by Rivers State GovernorNyesom Wike for any scored by the Super Eagles.

The Governor promised $20, 000 per goal scored and Simon and scorer of the second goal, Efe Ambrose will be getting the prize.
