Actor's private plane crash lands in Mississippi

Morgan freeman was involved in a plane crash after the private plane he boarded blew a tire after takeoff from a Mississippi airport.

According to reports by foxnews the actor and his pilot came out of the accident unhurt, they had an emergency landing on their way to Houston, Texas, from Clarksdale, Mississippi.

"Sometimes things don't go as planned and a tire blew on takeoff, which caused other problems," Freeman said

"But thanks to my excellent pilot Jimmy Hobson we landed safely without a scratch."

"I cannot say the same about my plane," Freeman added

The actor who recently lost his step-granddaughter E'Dena Hines on August 16, 2015 didn’t say much about the condition of the crashed plane but was later picked up with another plane in Tunica.

"I appreciate the concern and prayers for our safety." He says.

Morgan Freeman star in yet to be released upcoming sequel to 'Olympus has Fallen,'titled 'London has Fallen.'
