The dynamic duo of Donovan Mitchell and James Harden shone brightly, combining for 58 points with an impressive 59.5% shooting efficiency (22-for-37). Mitchell led all scorers with 30 points, while Harden contributed 28.

Despite the Cavaliers holding the lead from start to finish, the Raptors managed to keep the game competitive, with the point differential rarely exceeding 10 points.

Following the game, Donovan Mitchell praised his partnership with Harden to NBC: “We’re two players with a high basketball IQ. He’s been in this league longer than me, but we’ve both played for a long time and we try to find ways to win: scoring, passing, rebounding, or defending (...) When you have two players chasing the same goal, it definitely helps us.”
