Micheal Babatunde who is currently on the radar of some European clubs; one of which is English Premier side Sunderland AFC, has disclosed his interest for Spanish Giants Bracelona.
The Volyn FC of Ukraine midfielder revealed that: “It has been my childhood dream to one day play in the colours of Barcelona. I love the club so much and I believe that by the grace of God I will realize that dream some day”
Babatunde played featured in only two of Nigeria’s games at the World; Bosnia and Argentina, the 21 year-old relives his experience:
“For me at my age, it was amazing; a dream come. I had opportunity to meet great players; Messi, Di Maria and other great players. It was a great experience. I thank Coach Keshi and Nigerians for the opportunity. I also thank President Goodluck Jonathan and the Minister and the NFF for their support and taking care of my injury. I promise to serve my country with all my heart. Whenever they call me, I will come to give all my best for Nigeria.”
