Linked with Barcelona, PSG, and Man City, Star Striker Suffers Serious Injury

Bournemouth striker Elye Krupi has undergone foot surgery, the club announced. The 20-year-old Frenchman sustained the injury during the team's pre-season training camp in Austria and returned to England for the operation on July 29. Krupi is not expected to return to action until October or November.

He made 35 appearances across all competitions during the 2025/26 season, scoring 13 goals. His contract with the club runs until the end of June 2030. The French forward's strong season had attracted significant interest from some of Europe's top clubs, with Krupi linked to transfers to Barcelona, Manchester City, and PSG in recent weeks. However, following this injury, the player will evidently remain with the Cherries at least until January.
