Lakers continue losing streak without LeBron James
The Los Angeles Lakers continued their dip in form with a 100-107 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder without star player LeBron James in an NBA game played on Wednesday, January 3.
Paul George had another impressive outing contributing with 37 points to lead the Thunder to victory at the Staples Center.
Other top performers included Russell Westbrook with a triple-double 14 points, 16 rebounds and 10 assists, while Steven Adams contributed 14 points and 15 rebounds.
No date has been set for the return of LeBron as he continues to recover from a groin injury.

Joel Embiid scored 42 points and 18 rebounds as the Philadelphia Sixers beat the Phoenix Suns 132-127.
With help from Ben Simmons with season-high 29 points and JJ Redick dropped 27 points to stop Devin Booker who had 37 points.
Blake Griffin dropped 26 points as the Detroit Pistons beat the Memphis Grizzles 101-94.
The Orlando Magic beat the Chicago Bulls 112-84, Gordon Hayward scored a season-high 35 points as the Boston Celtics beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 115-102.
Luka Doncic and Dennis Smith Jr both scored 18 points to lead the Dallas Mavericks to a 122-84 blow out of the Charlotte Hornets.
The Miami Heat beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 117-92, while the Washington Wizards beat the Atlanta Hawks 114-98.
