The duo was impressive for the Golden Eaglets of Nigeria as they won the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Chile.

Nwakali finished the tournament as the best player, winning the Golden Ball while Chukwueze was the third highest goalscorer at the 2015 FIFA U-15 World Cup.

A host of big European clubs have been interested in the duo, but it seems Arsenal are winning the race.

"The players' visas to England are being processed and a party of seven including their legal guardians are expected this month in London to finalise their transfer to Arsenal," a source is quoted to say by the report.

Nwakali whose elder brother plays for Manchester City chose to join Arsenal which is his dream club.
