The remains of the former Heartland coach has arrived Nigeria.

A funeral service will be held at the International Church of Christ at his compound with interment to follow immediately after.

Nicknamed the Caterpillar, Emeteole played for the Super Eagles at the 1976 Africa Nations Cup (AFCON) in Ethiopia and served as assistant coach for the Golden Eaglets in 1985. He also worked as a coach for the Flying Eagles and Super Eagles.

Emetole played for Heartland before returning as a coach. He also managed El kanemi Warriors and Enugu Rangers.
