Striker celebrates 300games for Real Madrid

Karim Benzema played his 300th game for Real Madrid in the5-1 win over on Sunday, January 17.

Benzema joined Real Madrid in July 2009 from Lyon and seven seasons later, has since played in 300 games.

In those 300 games, Benzema has scored 153 goals and 215 wins.

He has played 203 La Liga games, 58 Champions League games, 30 Copa del Rey games, 6 Spanish Super Cup , 2 Club World Cup and one European Super Cup game.

In his 300th games, Benzema scored a brace before going out injured.

“My ankle hurts a little bit, but I'm O.K.; I think it's just a knock," the 28-year-old striker said.
