Rhymefest, a Grammy and Oscar award winning co-writer of Yeezy’s hits “JesusWalks” and “NewSlaves” took to Twitter to plead with Kanye West to find healing through a professional.

The Chicago based writer tweeted: “My brother needs help, in the form of counseling. Spiritual & mental. He should step away from the public & yesmen & heal.”

Rhymefest and Kanye West parted ways last month when the writer walked away from West’s newly released album, TheLifeOfPablo.
