The American Rapper, Kanye West had announced yesterday (12 February) he will reveal the expected release of his highly anticipated album "The Life Of Pablo" to the masses before the day ended.

At around 10:30 p.m. PST, Kanye west took to Twitter to blame Chance The Rapper  that the album was not yet commercially released.

"It’s Chance's fault the album not out yet… he really wanted Waves on that Bitch, we in the lab now." he writes.

Chance The Rapper responded and admitted to putting a hold on The Life of Pablo's release.

"I fought everyone to keep Waves on the album," he writes. "I spent all night finishing it. The world is better because of it."

“Waves” was on the track list that West posted when the album was titled SWISH.
