The main event at BRAVE 107 in Burgas concluded with a defeat for Bulgaria, as Salim El Ousaidi secured a TKO victory over Kaloyan Kolev in the third round.
In the opening round, Kolev showcased dominance, both in grappling and striking exchanges. The Bulgarian fighter took his opponent down four times, but El Ousaidi managed to get back to his feet on each occasion and break the clinch. Kolev clearly won the round on the judges' scorecards, landing powerful straight punches to the Moroccan's head.
The second round saw a more even exchange in striking, with El Ousaidi continuing to successfully recover from Kolev's takedowns.
In the third round, El Ousaidi gained the upper hand in grappling, establishing ground dominance. He unleashed a barrage of strikes on his opponent, leading to the fight's conclusion and a technical knockout victory for the Moroccan fighter with a French passport.
