Marouane Fellaini has been the focal point of Manchester United's attack as they resurged to launch a late push for the title and ahead of the clash at Stamford Bridge, Mourinhohad planned to use his young defender Kurt Zouma to neutralise the Belgian's threat.

Mourinho was however shocked when a hotel doorman told him that the big Belgian will not be playing.

"Fellaini doesn't play because he was here to get tickets for the game from Eden Hazard. He was dressed in jeans, this and that", Mourinho relayed the words of the doorman to him.

"(It) didn't smell well for me. I go to Google and I put 'Fellaini brother' images," the Chelsea coach revealed.

"So I go with the pictures to the doorman. I say 'hey, this one or this one?' And he looks 'this one'. 'He's the brother'."

It turned out that the doorman saw Fellaini's twin brother and not the Manchester United forward himself.
