Hapoel Be'er Sheva on Thursday, August 7 beat Maccabi Haifa 4-2 to win the Israeli Super Cup.

Ogu played a key role in the win and is reveling in victory, sharing a couple of photos on his social media accounts.

"Number two trophy in my career. Thank God for all," Ogu wrote on his official Twitter handle.

Another Nigerian in the Hapoel Be'er Sheva team, Anthony Nwakaeme was on the scoresheet, netting in the 84th minute.

Nikita Rukavytsya gave Haifa the lead in the seventh minute while Shoval Gozlan doubled it in the 22nd minute.

Hapoel Be’er Sheva returned stronger in the second half with Maor Buzaglo scoring twice in the 54th and 69th minute to level the score.

Nwakaeme gave Sheva the lead in the 84th minute before Ben Sahar sealed the win in added time.
