Duo arrives Belgium for Super Eagles friendlies

Ahead of the Super Eagles October friendlies against Cameroon and Congo, the duo of John Obi Mikel and Odion Ighalo have arrived Belgium.

According to , the England based players who have been recalled to the national team after being ignored by Sunday Oliseh for his first and second game were the earliest arrivals.

They arrived at the team’s Verviews Hotel base on Sunday, October 4.

The rest of the foreign based players will join them on Monday while the six home-based players, Femi Thomas, Ikechukwu Ezenwa, Austin Oboroakpo, Prince Onobi, Prince Aggreh and Chima Akas, will link up with their overseas counterpart on Tuesday.

Victor Moses and Kenneth Omeruo have withdrawn from the squad due to injuries.
