Loscuito was an assistant coach of the Super Eagles of Nigeria under Sunday Oliseh who was the chief coach before resigning in February 2016.

Oliseh controversially resigned from his position as chief coach of the Super Eagles in February 2016 citing contract violations, unpaid wages and benefits to players and assistant coaches.

Oliseh in July revealed that he and his assistant Losciuto were still being owed by the NFF and threatened to take them to the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS).

Now according to Complete Sports, the NFF have been summoned by CAS specifically for the non-payment of the salaries of Losciuto.

The NFF have always insisted that they do not owe Oliseh any salary but have never confirmed or deny the claim in Loscuito’s case.

The Belgian claims he’s been owed five months’ salaries and outstanding match bonuses since September 2015.

Pulse Sports have contacted the NFF for comments. They have just 20 days to answer the summons.
