Real estate firm set to begin work on a new residential housing project in Dubai
It has been reported that James Cubitt has received approval to work on a residential development in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The owners of this project are Pacific Ventures Limited.
"It is remarkable to be a part of Pacific Ventures teamwork. We’re literally designing and engineering a great city project,” the firm said about the new development.
The Managing Director of James Cubitt, Mr. Oyediran Akinniranye, also spoke on the project.
“This is indeed a remarkable achievement for the Group. The scope of the project speaks to our ability as a company to deliver projects from concept to delivery and maintenance. It provides another opportunity for us to further consolidate our position as market leaders within the real estate industry.”
He went on to reveal some of the firm's jobs in the Middle East, the Future City Project in Cairo and the Retirement Village in Brisbane, which Dubai identified as one of the ‘top places to go in 2015’.
James Cubitt will work on the architectural, interior, structural, civil, geotechnical, infrastructure including traffic engineering services of the Pacific Village, which should be completed in three years.

Also, Mercedes Benz has announced plans to design apartments in London.
