HalTV launches trailer ahead of Ramadan

 
 
HALTV (HALAL TV) would start providing quality Islamic contents and high standard mainstream broadcasting during Ramadan with the launch of its trailer to welcome the holy month. HalTV is a Muslim lifestyle channel that intends to focus on inspiring, educating,entertaining and engaging Nigeria Muslims during and after ramadan.

According to the owner Sheriff Akin Bakare, he said: "HALTV promises to provide strictly quality Islamic content ranging from education, art, culture, fashion, art, achievements, films, documentary for the intelligent, creative, cultured Muslims in Nigeria and diaspora"

We would start this Ramadan 2015 (June 2015) with a 30 minutes program HABIBI RAMADAN aimed at educating the Muslims about the blessings of Ramadan. HABIBI Ramadan would also broadcast Muslim youth themed programs that include:

One hundred Muslim one question, Iftar (breaking the fast) with the Hijabi chef, Halaqa (spiritual upliftment) with sheik, Learning the Quran, Vox Pop, Ramadan Nasheeds, Ramadan short films and many more interesting programs.

Bakare added that: "The main purpose for the establishment of HalTV is to help Muslims understand Islam and to present top quality true Islamic contents that reflects the true value of Muslims. We are passionate about presenting program that is relevant in this new age, to build a cohesive Muslim community in Nigeria and to change people’s perception of Muslims and Islam by providing the right information and breaking down the negative stereotypes.

"HALTV will air every sahur (morning) on tvc through the month of Ramadan and we will announce more stations soon. We also encourage Muslim Youth to reach out to us via FacebookTwitter and Instagram he said.
