Irims Starglazzers, WeeAdd holds private screening for 'First Chronicles of the Island’

The film which had its private screening media exposure on the 3rd of October 2024 at Blue Pictures Cinema Onikan Lagos Island, features top Nollywood actors like Bimbo Manuel, Segun Arinze, Afeez Oyetoro (Saka), Linda Osifo, Bishop Imeh (Okon Lagos), Kiki Omeili, MC Pashun, Gregory Ojefua, Jude Orhorha, Gaji Samuel, Monkals, Mama Uka, Don Kester, Darlene Cobham, Chinyere Asasa, Esther Bassey, Maya Tom, David Onoriode, Dagogo Banigo and many others.

According to the film’s director (Austine LordLaz), the film is a comedic piece rendered via unusual Mockumentary film genre; taking us through a journey with ‘unbelievable hanging-characters and a series of unrelated events.'

In this unusual narrative, everything, interestingly, appears out of place, but is intentionally and creatively woven into an indivisible entertaining whole.

The injection and blend of humanoid animation into the work gives the project a different flair while lending a voice to the fight against global warming, and the subtle Pet Peeve of poor customer service, among other subjects of the film.
