You can now zoom in on photos and videos

We've all been there at some point during our many forays onto Instagram to see what's going on in the fascinating world of the interweb - getting frustrated when you try to zoom in on a picture then remember you can't.

That's changing - at least for iOS users first. Instagram has announced that it is rolling out a pinch-to-zoom feature in its iOS app starting from yesterday.

The new feature will let you zoom in on both photos and video on your main feed, profile pages, and on the Explore tab as well.

For now, this is only for iOS users - Instagram says the feature will roll out for Android in the coming weeks.

This features adds to the growing list of features that highlights Instagram's growth in the past year or so.

The best thing about all of that is that Instagram's feature list add-ons since have proven to make it a much more improved and cohesive product.
