Nostalgia As Baba Fryo, Azadus, Lord Of Ajasa, Marvelous Benjy Perform Classics
Last night, Wednesday October 23, 2014 at the Industry Nite was a major throwback edition.
The weekly music industry event saw old timers Baba Fryo, Azadus, Marvelous Benjy, Black face and Lord of Ajasa perform their old classics. Guests at the event couldn't hide their joy as they recited lines from hits they grew up listening to.
First on stage was the Ajegunle capo Baba Fryo. He performed his two evergreen songs 'Denge Pose', and 'Notice Me'. The veteran act showed us he even had some of his old Galala moves. Next was the ghetto soldier Marvelous Benjy who had an admirable set climaxed with his great hit 'Brand New Dance'.
Former Kennis Music act Azadus followed Marvelous Benjy, and quickly performed his all time great 'Madam', before performing two new singles. The nostalgic affair wasn't over as Black Face did his thing on stage and ended it with a nice rap freestyle.
Last but not the least was the Yoruba rap originator Lord of Ajasa who gave the crowd a strong mix of his classics and new joints.
Other celebs who showed up at the Industry Nite event were YQ, Ehiz, Booze man of Def o' Clan
