Landowner builds 'tiny' house out of spite! [PHOTO]

Years ago, a landowner was cheated out of a deal.

According to Zillow.com, this owner was willing to sell his small land, until his neighbours tried to cheat because they thought he was desperate and could not build on his small land.

The landowner retaliated by building a 'tiny' house.

It is just 860 square feet, 15 feet at its widest and 55 inches at its narrowest.

Features include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a skinny galley kitchen, a loft-style bedroom, a 9-by-14-foot living room.

This house looks normal from the front, but the sides reflect how tiny the house is.

It is currently on the market for $519,900.
